30-Day Return Window We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of installation, use, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible.
How to Request a Return Contact us at support@yuturu.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping in full.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@yuturu.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in processing or shipped and cancellation may not be possible.
Non-Returnable Items Items returned after the 30-day window or items that do not meet the eligibility criteria above will not be accepted.
